Dr. Jayendran K. Dharmaratnam’s Profile
Dr. Jayendran K. Dharmaratnam completed his MBBS at the University of Mysore (Kasturba Medical College) in India in 1979. After a period of in-service training in the Institute of Radiotherapy & Oncology, Hospital Kuala Lumpur, he subsequently pursued his postgraduate training in United Kingdom. In 1993, he received the Diploma in Radiotherapy/Oncology (DMRT) from the Royal College of Radiologists, London (Clinical Oncology/ Radiotherapy), and in 1994, the Fellowship from the Faculty of Radiologists, Royal College of Surgeons of Ireland (FFR RCSI in Clinical Oncology). He had also pursued his interest in Sports Medicine and received a Diploma in Sports Medicine from Edith Cowan University, Perth, in 1998.
