Dialysis Unit
Established on 12th July 2021, the Dialysis Unit at Oriental Melaka Straits Medical Centre provides a comfortable, clean, and safe environment for patients who need dialysis services.
Our Dialysis Unit has 12 dialysis treatment bays that serve all patients, in which 2 are designated for isolation cases (Hepatitis B & C, and there are also 2 mobile dialysis machines for ICU patients.
The unit also has a Haemodiafiltration (HDF) machine that caters to personalised dialysis treatments to enhance the patient’s experience and clinical outcome.
We also cater for visiting patients for “holiday dialysis”, prior appointments and arrangements are required.
