Dr William received his medical degree from Melaka Manipal Medical College in Year 2008. He obtained the Membership of The Royal College of Physicians of the United Kingdom in Year 2017. He completed his Geriatric Medicine subspecialty training under Ministry of Health Malaysia in 2023.
